How to Create Your Own Room Clearing Ritual Spray.

Sometimes you don’t want smoke, ash, or lingering scent.

Just a refreshing, subtle wave of energy reset. Room-clearing sprays are perfect for smoke-free homes, quick resets between clients, or moments where you need a spiritual exhale. This spray blends herbs, hydrosols, and essential oils into a gentle cleansing mist that feels like opening a window inside your mind.

Tools & Materials

  • 100–200 ml glass spray bottle

  • Distilled water

  • Witch hazel or vodka (natural preservative)

  • Essential oils (choose 2–3):

    • Clary sage (clarity)

    • Rosemary (protection)

    • Lemon (uplift)

    • Lavender (calm)

    • Eucalyptus (clearing)

    • Peppermint (focus)

  • Optional botanicals: dried rosemary, lavender buds, or rose petals

  • Optional: small crystal chips (clear quartz or amethyst)

  • Small funnel

  • A label or ribbon for decorating

Instructions

1. Set Your Intention

Before you pour anything, hold the empty bottle between both hands.
Say (out loud or silently):
“This spray clears what weighs me down and invites in what lights me up.”

2. Add Your Base

Fill the bottle ¾ full with distilled water.
Add a tablespoon of witch hazel or vodka to keep it fresh.

3. Blend Your Oils

Choose a combination, for example:

  • Rosemary + Lemon for clarity

  • Lavender + Clary Sage for calming

  • Peppermint + Eucalyptus for refresh

Add 10–20 drops total, depending on scent strength.

4. Add Botanicals or Crystals

This step infuses extra intention (and looks beautiful in the bottle).
A pinch of dried herbs or 3–4 crystal chips is enough.

5. Shake with Purpose

Seal the bottle and shake gently.
Imagine the liquid absorbing your intention like light spreading through water.

6. Label It

Give it a name:

  • Reset Mist

  • Witch’s Breath

  • Fresh Start Spray

  • Boundary Re-Aligner

  • The Doorway Cleanser

Include the date you created it.

Creative Tips to Make It Yours

  • Infuse your distilled water under the full moon for added potency.

  • Create different sprays for morning routines, client sessions, or bedtime softening.

  • Colour the label like it’s a potion bottle from your own apothecary.

  • Pair the spray with a small affirmation:
“The moment I mist, I return to my centre.”

How to Use & Safety

  • Mist into the air while deep-breathing.

  • Spray around your desk before work.

  • Use between rituals for energetic reset.

  • Avoid spraying directly onto skin, electronics, or fabrics.

  • Do not use with pets present if using strong oils—ventilate rooms well.

Room-clearing sprays are the quietest magic—gentle, effective, and deeply supportive.
