Digital Products

All products sold through Wonder & Woo and Soulcraft are digital products. This includes (but is not limited to) online courses, masterclasses, workshops, downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, audio, video, and written materials.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately or made accessible upon payment.

Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide refunds for change of mind.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, lack of use, or if the product does not meet personal expectations.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Your purchase is covered by consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy if a digital product:

  • Is not as described

  • Is faulty or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
If a minor issue occurs, we will work with you to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Technical Issues & Access Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will:

  • Assist with access issues

  • Re-send files or links if required

  • Provide reasonable technical support related to the product delivery

Technical issues caused by incompatible devices, unsupported software, or user error may not qualify for a refund, but we will always aim to assist where possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description

  • The content is inaccessible due to a fault on our end that cannot be resolved

  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase, with details of the issue.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time or motivation to complete the product

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

  • Products that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or consumed unless a fault exists

Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All digital products are protected by Australian copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Wonder & Woo and Soulcraft.

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or provide access to the content

  • Upload content to shared drives, group platforms, or public spaces

  • Modify or reuse materials for commercial purposes

Unauthorised sharing or misuse of content may result in removal of access and legal action where appropriate.

Respectful Use & Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products if content is used in a way that breaches these terms or causes harm, misuse, or infringement of intellectual property.
